Ingredients (Serves 4) | 1 pack (200 ml) 4Care Cereal Cream |  | | (Mix with 2 cups water for 3 cups in total) | | 3 tablespoons vegetarian curry paste | | 180 grams textured vegetarian protein | | (TVP), soaked until tender | | 200 grams bamboo shoot, thinly sliced | | 2 tablespoons light soy sauce | | 2 1/2 teaspoons palm sugar | | 1/2 teaspoon sea salt | | 3 kaffir lime leaves, torn | | 1 red spur chili, diagonally sliced | | 1/2 cup sweet basil leaves | | Sweet basil sprigs for garnish |
Preparation
1. Pour 1 cup of mixed 4Care Cereal Cream into a pan, place over medium heat until boil. Stir in curry paste and cook until red oil surfaces. Add TVP, stir to combine. Add the remaining mixed 4Care Cereal Cream and bamboo shoot. When everything is done, season with light soy sauce, palm sugar and salt. When it boils again, add kaffir lime leaves and red chili. Turn off the heat and add sweet basil leaves.
2. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with sweet basil sprigs. Enjoy with cooked rice.
